"Tasty, healthy, lots of color, with love for plants and animals. " - this is the motto of our daily work.  The most important thing is to balance crops and animal husbandry and to create a diverse, species-rich environment. We imitate the actions of Mother Nature, use pro-natural methods such as fermentation (using herbs to protect other plants), manure decomposition etc. 
We also run demonstrations and workshops, where you can look at life in our homestead and learn some of practical skills.
